About Us

Our Welding Technology program provides training in both commercial and industrial welding as well as fabrication and prepares you for a career in a multitude of fields. Since welders are needed in almost every industry, you’ll have flexibility to switch industries without changing careers.

Industry Certifications

The Welding Program at CR also offers American Welding Society Certification, a hands-on skills-based test with no written exam. Students earn this certificate by completing welding projects to an industry-accepted code.

On a resume, this certification assures employers that a student is proficient in a respective skill.
